โ This guy comes with an alien parasite in his hand and I need to be able to keep that feature. Some degree of nerfing down is fine, as long as I can have the parasite still be a presence.

โ Psychological, body horror, sci-fi, and/or survival features are fine! It also doesn't have to be exclusively horror-based all the time; I'm just not looking for something strictly slice-of-life.
