Migi does offer a few things that I'm not opposed to exploring with your character if you'd be interested in that. However, I do have some conditions and reservations. These are options I'd be willing to explore, with discussion first:

scientific sexual exploration → Migi exploring intimacy in the name of research, which is actually.. canon for him. This could be pretty tame if you want, even something as simple as him touching your character to see what their reactions are.
intimacy with Shinichi that involves direct contact with Migi as his hand → AKA Shinichi is in control of his right hand but it's obvious Migi is there too. He may talk along the way, and certain features of his may make an appearance, such as eyes, a mouth, etc.
Shinichi and Migi fused mentally, causing Shinichi to be much more aggressive and think more like a parasite.
other body horror elements → I'd be willing to discuss if you have any ideas or ways to incorporate horror / body horror, though I do have some limits.

Given his personality (shy, awkward, sitting on the fact that he has a monstrosity for a right hand...) he won't be naturally comfortable with most intimate acts and will be shy in general. Everything in the "yes" category are things I'm willing to do with him, but I do prefer CR to be involved. I'm fine discussing vague details of that first or even figuring it out along the way, but it wouldn't be in-character for him to be intimate with someone he doesn't know well.
I'm a sucker for Messing His Life Up and honestly love awkwardness / ruined attempts / etc. With his Migi situation, that can very easily happen. Migi waking up in the middle of an intimate situation and angst (or hilarity?) ensues, Shinichi having to fight him down... I'm here to brainstorm anything.
Also here for throwing in angst because he's him. For example, I can see Shinichi having a hang-up about accidentally hurting someone, touching someone, being touched by someone, etc. and that could be something angsty to work through or play up.
I do enjoy playing lines set deliberately in the future, so that's an option.
